To provide the highest level of service and respect the time reserved for each guest, a 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and must be paid prior to booking future appointments. • All deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if an appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. Frequent last-minute cancellations or reschedules are not sustainable for my business and may result in the inability to book future appointments.
